For this project, we installed 12 x polyethylene flat-top speed humps, which were selected due to their:

Many townhouse complexes, including Warner Outlook, are designed with stormwater drains positioned in the centre of the roadways. To avoid obstructing the natural water flow, we opted for a split-speed hump installation method. Instead of installing a single 6-metre-wide speed hump across the driveway, we installed two 3-metre speed humps with a small gap in the middle. This design allows rainwater to flow freely towards the drains, preventing pooling or drainage blockages while maintaining the effectiveness of the traffic calming solution.
Since installation, the new polyethylene speed humps have successfully reduced speeding throughout the complex, particularly in areas of concern. Residents and the body corporate have reported improved safety, especially around high-risk locations such as mail collection areas and pedestrian crossings.
